Ayres de San Isidro represents a project initiated by a couple who opted to transition from a spacious residente to a 4-room apartment of 90m2, situated in the heart of the San Isidro neighborhood on the outskirts of Buenos Aires.
Upon acquisition, the apartment was found to be in a state of neglect due to previous owners, necessitating a comprehensive renovation effort.
The building itself features a reinforced concrete structure, as well as partitions and still frame walls. It was decided to retain the existing room divisions, with the sole exception being the creation of a new wall to separate the kitchen from the studio.
The entire apartment underwent a substantial transformation, which encompassed:
-Installation of hot and cold water system.
-Gas system installation
-Air conditioning system installation
-Electric system installation
-Flooring replacement, utilizing both floating and porcelain materials, and bathroom wall coverings.
-Customization and installation of kitchen cabinetry, bedroom furnishings, living room fixtures and bathroom amenities.
-Integration of lighting fixtures and ventilation systems throughout the space.
This meticulous renovation effort has revitalized the Ayres de San Isidro apartment, ensuring it now offers a confortable and modern living environment for its occupants.
