Barracas CABA | Argentina
The project is located in the Barracas neighborhood of Buenos Aires, adjacent to Plaza Díaz Vélez. It was commissioned as a single-family residence, featuring a primary suite with bathroom, two children’s bedrooms, a dining area, and a garage.
The central concept is a house organized around a central courtyard, which defines both the spatial layout and character of the residence. The ground floor hosts the public program, while private areas are situated on the first floor, with a deliberate emphasis on inward-facing spaces across both levels.
A restrained façade integrates harmoniously with the surrounding context, maintaining a height consistent with neighboring buildings. The structure is built with a reinforced concrete frame and masonry walls finished in white painted plaster. Wooden windows and enclosures enhance the architectural identity of the house.
